Refunds and cancellations
How cancellations and refunds work for Quantum programs and appointments.
Appointments
You can move or cancel an appointment up to [48 hours] before it starts at no charge. [Late cancellation terms to be confirmed by Quantum.]
Programs
[Quantum to confirm: refund terms for the program fee, including test kits already ordered and appointments already held.]
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from, within [10 business days] of approval.
