What we collect on this website
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number, country, which service you are asking about and your message.
We do not ask for medical details on this website, and we ask you not to include them. Anything about your or your child's health is collected later, in our clinical record system, once you have spoken with us.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send payment details when you ask for them, and to book a first conversation with the right doctor or practitioner.
We only send you marketing email if you have ticked the box asking for it.
Who sees it
Quantum staff who answer enquiries, and the technology providers who host this website on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
This website does not use advertising trackers.
Where it is stored and for how long
Website enquiries are stored on servers run by our technology provider outside The Bahamas. We keep enquiries that do not become patients for [24 months] and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing [privacy contact email]. We will reply within 45 days.
